AIMING TO PLEASE



Viva La Vida has leaked all over the Internet yesterday morning and since then, I've been spending time with the record listening to it on repeat. I've spent more time with Coldplay in the past day than I have ever spent with them before collectively.

Here are my thoughts on the record. It comes out this coming Tuesday.

TEETH ARE OVER-RATED



Root canal. That's what happens these days.
I sat in a reclining chair while a doctor scraped out the inside of my back right molar. In truth, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. My whole jaw is still completely numb and I'm wondering why most people who wish to quantify true reluctance use root canal as the threshold. I'm sure that getting waxed is more painful.

Of course, I say this while the pain is suppressed by medication.
